Autism Assessment Fees

Child / Adult Autism Assessment: £1,997*

Plus travel at 55p per mile where applicable.

A £500 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before your final assessment report is released.

ADHD Assessment Fees

Combined Autism & ADHD Assessment Fees

We understand that the cost of an assessment can be significant, so we offer the option to spread the assessment fee across three agreed instalments.

​

There is no additional charge for paying this way, and the overall assessment fee remains the same.

​

Your payment schedule will be agreed with you before the assessment begins, so you will always know what is due and when.

ADHD Medication Pathway

If ADHD is diagnosed through The Autism Assessment Centre, you can choose to be referred to our partner private psychiatry service, Harley Mind Care, to discuss medication.

​

They will accept our diagnostic report, so you will not need to repeat the ADHD assessment process.

 

Psychiatric consultation, prescribing, medication and titration are separate private services provided by Harley Mind Care and are not included in the ADHD assessment fee. Their current fees will be explained to you before you decide whether to proceed.

​

There is no obligation to use this pathway, and NHS routes remain available.

Psychotherapy / Post-Diagnostic Support Fees

£99 per hour, plus travel at 55p per mile where applicable.

​

We offer psychotherapy and post-diagnostic support to children, young people and adults, whether the original diagnosis was made by The Autism Assessment Centre or another provider.

​

Support is tailored to the individual and may include helping someone understand their diagnosis, explore their neurodivergent identity, develop strategies that work for them, or navigate particular areas of everyday life.

​

Educational Settings Fees

We work with schools, colleges and other educational settings and can provide autism and ADHD assessments, psychotherapy, staff training, and individual or small-group support for neurodivergent pupils.

​

Fees vary depending on the type of support required, the number of pupils or staff involved, and whether input is delivered on-site or remotely.

​

We are happy to discuss the needs of your setting and provide a clear quotation before any work begins.

​

Tailored pricing may be available depending on the type and scope of support required.

Speech and Language Therapy Fees

Speech and Language Therapy Fees

We offer a range of Speech and Language Therapy assessment and support options.

Assessments

£150 – Assessment with advice
£200 – Assessment with advice and written report
£250 – Full school language assessment with written report for schools or other professionals

Face-to-face Speech and Language Therapy

30 minutes – £55
45 minutes – £80
60 minutes – £100

Travel is charged at 55p per mile where applicable.

Online Speech and Language Therapy

£75 per session

Bespoke Workplace Training Packages

We provide bespoke neurodiversity training for workplaces and organisations.

​

Training can be tailored to the needs of your team and may include topics such as autism, ADHD, masking, communication, sensory differences and creating more neuroinclusive environments.

​

Fees are provided following an initial discussion about your requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Therapy appointments

Cancellations or non-attendance with less than 24 hours' notice will usually result in 40% of the session fee being charged.

If you arrive late, the appointment may still need to finish at the originally agreed time.

​

Assessment appointments

If you decide not to continue with an assessment after clinical work has already begun - for example, following a developmental history appointment or ADOS-2 appointment - your deposit will usually be non-refundable.

 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment.

Confidentiality

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously.

​

As regulated healthcare professionals, we are required to maintain appropriate clinical records and work in accordance with our professional standards.

​

We will not ordinarily share information about your assessment or treatment with another person or organisation without your consent.

​

There are limited circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken, particularly where there is a serious concern about the safety of you or another person. Where possible, we would discuss this with you first.

​

Clinicians may also discuss aspects of their clinical work within professional supervision. Supervisors are bound by the same professional and confidentiality requirements.
