Meet Robert Bristow, a seasoned professional dedicated to improving mental health and well-being. With nearly 30 years of experience, Robert wears many hats: psychotherapist, psychologist, specialised teacher, autism assessor and consultant. His diverse expertise and compassionate approach make him a standout in the field of psychotherapy.



A Versatile Professional

Robert is a Pluralistic-Integrative Psychotherapist, meaning he tailors his therapeutic approach to fit each client's unique needs. He draws from a variety of therapeutic models, including Psycho-educational, Human Givens, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioural therapies. This flexibility allows him to address a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to school attendance difficulties and family counselling​, or focused support for those with an autism or ADHD diagnosis.


Extensive Background

Robert's educational background is impressive. He holds a degree in Psychology, is a registered graduate member of the British Psychological Society, and is a senior member of the ACCPH. Additionally, he has a Master's in Education (Leadership & Management) and several post-graduate qualifications. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Applied Psychology with a focus on complex school attendance issues​ and is focusing his ongoing CPD around the Human Givens Diploma.
