Dr. Faye Millner, a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience in mental health, specialises in autism assessments. Holding a Doctorate from Royal Holloway University, she has worked in a variety of settings, including a therapeutic care home for abused children, providing CBT for adults and held roles at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Since 2017, she's focused on autism assessment in multidisciplinary adult and child diagnostic teams. Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, her ID is PYL32513.

Dr Faye Milner is a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience in the mental health field. She has a diverse and comprehensive skill set, specialising in autism assessment.
Faye has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway University and has worked within numerous clinical settings and with people of all ages. Faye has worked with abused and vulnerable children in a therapeutic care home. She has provided CBT to adults in primary care and therapeutic support to older adults within a stroke service. She has worked with families in both the Attachment and Trauma team and Feeding Disorder clinic at Great Ormond Street Hospital. She worked as the Director of Neurodiversity at the Owl Therapy Centre and more recently as their Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Since 2017, Faye has specialised in the field of autism assessment and diagnosis, accumulating extensive experience as part of numerous multidisciplinary teams conducting hundreds of autism assessments for adults and children alike.

Drawing from her personal journey as a parent of a neurodivergent child, Faye intimately understands the emotions and challenges families face during the assessment and diagnostic process. This insight has strongly influenced her professional practice.

She believes in creating an environment that fosters a sense of security and understanding. This approach not only eases the journey for both the individual and their family but also lays the foundation for a comprehensive and accurate diagnostic report.

BSC IN PSYCHOLOGY 2001 – 2004
Faye studied psychology at Exeter University where she achieved a First Class Degree.
